• Access is non-transferable
• Subscription once activated is non-refundable (except under Lifetime Plan refund terms)

All poster designs, templates, and branding content provided via the app are:

• For personal or business use only
• Not to be resold, redistributed, or rebranded
• Not to be uploaded on third-party platforms or apps

Pixela For Business retains full copyright and ownership of all designs.

As a user, you agree:

• To provide accurate registration information
• To use the content only for lawful promotional activities
• Not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the app or its design templates

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• Informing us immediately in case of misuse or security breach

Pixela For Business reserves the right to:

• Modify app features, pricing, or service offerings at any time
• Update these terms without prior notice

Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

We may terminate your access without notice if:

• You violate any terms
• You misuse content for resale or illegal activity
• You engage in behavior harmful to the service or brand

We are not liable for:

• Technical glitches or internet-related issues
• Loss of business due to poster delivery delays
• Errors in rate information provided by the user themselves

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription, if applicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
